Production Operative
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Proactive Personnel is currently recruiting Production Operatives for a client based in Ashbourne (Derby). You will need your own transport due to the location not being on a bus route.
The ideal candidate will be using a wide range of tools and skills, the main role of the Production Operative is to assemble the products that are built in-house.
You will also need an eye for detail.
This will at times be a physically demanding job and applicants must be willing to lift items and materials over 25kg in weight
Duties:
- To manufacture and assemble a range of pyrotechnic products
- To assist with deliveries and collections to and from the site
- Packing and shipping of goods
- Site maintenance as required
- To maintain procedures on quality control and KPIs
- Any other duties that may be required such as cleaning the working environment.
- Other duties include receiving & handling dangerous goods, packing and shipping finished products & ensuring that items are adequately and correctly packed for international export.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Mon to Thurs 8 – 5
- Fridays 8 – 12
- 38 hours per week.
Pay:
- £11
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
