Role: Operating Model / TOM Consultant - Contract role

Consulting Seniority: Senior Consultant - Manager

Day rate: £400-£600 outside IR35

Project duration: 3 months with potential to extend

Location: Hybrid in London

We've supporting a digital and business transformation consultancy. They're looking for Manager / Senior Consultant to support the implementation of a new operating model and organisation design within an enterprise-scale AI function. The role will focus on translating the target design into practical ways of working, governance and change activity.

Tasks

• Support the implementation of the new operating model and organisation design
• Define and embed governance, roles, responsibilities and ways of working
• Drive change activity and stakeholder engagement to support adoption

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• Operating model design and/or implementation experience
• Experience in change management, transformation or organisational change
• Ideally, experience working with AI, product or technology teams
