With demand for services surging, we are interested in speaking with CAMHS Therapists looking for an opportunity to work as an independent service provider to be part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists, working together to provide an excellent care and treatment experience for our patients and helping us to further develop as a leading provider of psychological care. The role:

• You will be offering high standard therapeutic services to young people and their families

• You will work with the Psychology Service Lead and the Medical Director to continuously support the service's growth

• You will attend and contribute to clinician support activities such as risk, MDT, reflective practice, learning and development seminars

• You can be involved in projects supporting service improvement and provide assessments (ADOS, ADI-R) if you have an interest in this.

Requirements:

• You must be registered with a professional organisation to provide therapy

• You must have recent and relevant experience providing therapeutic interventions to young people and their families

• You must have your own insurance and clinical supervision in place

• You must have competency in identifying, monitoring and handling risk and changes in risk

• You have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as interpersonal skills

• You must be able to evaluate your own practice and use outcome measures
