Role Overview & Responsibilities

Main Job Role

To ensure the quality of eBay, Amazon and the website customer service experience from Puffin Plastics. Fulfilment of all online orders and despatch, also helping the business achieve its goals/targets. You will be a key member in the team and will be expected to perform well within the team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitoring and answering of all emails from E commerce platforms, also online sales enquirers.
• Producing daily despatch labels and paperwork for E commerce and some bespoke orders.
• Purchasing of packing material and product materials with -PO’s needed and authorisation from a senior member.
• Raising of manual orders through the website payment system.
• General support for all aspects of Puffin Plastics Retail Ltd when needed.
• Other tasks related to online and bespoke sales as assigned.
• Quoting of potential jobs/projects
• Assistance in daily tasks within the fabrication department

Qualifications/Preferred Skills

• Secondary education
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong eye for detail and eagerness to exceed.
• Keen to learn new skills and knowledge of products.
• Efficient and strong work ethic.
• Must be computer literate.

8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)
