Role Overview & Responsibilities

Shifts : 08:00AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to join us in producing exceptional decorated clothing. You’ll be joining the business as it transitions to a new growth phase. As a production/warehouse operative, you should be eager to participate in all aspects of the production process, be target driven and be keen to work on a wide range of projects simultaneously. Though initially, this is a temporary position with an urgent start, there may be an opportunity for this to progress into a permanent role in the near future.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Packing of customer garments as per required specification.
• Quality control accountability maintaining our high standards.
• General production duties.
• Lifting of product.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and follow company policy.
• This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance within the hygiene regulations at all times.
• ·General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor.

The ideal candidate

Preferably previous working experience in a warehouse or production led environment.
A motivated, flexible, and conscientious individual with a ‘can do’ working style. You’ll be working in a vibrant and design-focused company and we require impeccable attention to detail. The role requires communication skills. A team player, comfortable working in a hands-on, manual working environment.

Location/Renumeration

We are based in Norwich - within walking distance to bus stops serving local transport routes.

Salary: £10.42 Overtime Rate £15.63
