Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary £25,000 + uncapped commission

Realistic 1st year earnings of £35,000, 2nd year £50,000 and 3rd year £70,000+ (top performers earn over £100,000)

Horsham Office near Roffey Park

Office based initially but will become hybrid as you gain experience

Full training is provided.

Trainee Recruitment responsibilities can include:

• Establishing relationships with candidates for long-term collaborations

• Sourcing high-calibre candidates for specialist roles across the globe

• Writing advertisements for job boards and LinkedIn

• Managing multiple recruitment and interview processes

• Developing new business opportunities through proactive client introduction and relationship management

The ideal candidate is:

• In command of strong written and spoken communication skills

• Driven, determined and happy working with targets in mind

• Willing to make mistakes in order to learn

• Resilient and ambitious

Experience in telesales / telemarketing / sales / marketing OR a strong academic background (good A-Levels or Degree educated) is desirable but not essential, and not as important as charisma and personality!
