Creative Retoucher

What's the role about?

As part of our Creative team, you'll be joining as our Creative retoucher, responsible for the post-production across brand campaigns and content shoots. Using retouch as a tool to further elevate and refine creative with visual consistency across projects.

Who you are

• Youwill have several year's experience working as a retoucher, preferably in the premium fashion or beauty space
• A meticulous eye for detail, visual composition, and proportion
• Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Bridge
• Advanced knowledge and experience in photo shoot processes and image manipulation
• Excellent knowledge editing RAW images
• Strong proficiency in Mac OS
• Great skills of colour-management, colour-matching, and colour-correction
• Responds positively to feedback, using it as an opportunity to grow
• Contributes to a positive workplace culture
• You will possess the ability to work efficiently under pressure, within a fast-moving environment against competing deadlines and priorities

What you'll be doing

• Retouching to an exceptional standard across campaigns and product stories, further elevating the brand stories
• Creating a level of consistency across campaigns and content shoot imagery
• Working cross functionally to bring concepts via image manipulation where necessary
• You will attend shoots where applicable with your team to support the Art Director with retouch on set.
