Role Overview & Responsibilities
Caretaker - Rotational Shift Pattern - Dayshifts, Backshifts, Nightshifts.
Cameron Toll Shopping Centre £11.50 per hour.
Cameron Toll Shopping Centre is an undercover Shopping Centre with 46 Tenants.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Caretaker to join our trained team. Reporting directly to our Soft Services Supervisor and Centre Management. You will be involved in various activities including External/Internal Cleaning (Litter Picking/Sweeping) & Maintenance. Use of Cleaning Machines/Scrubbers internally and externally, The Role involves Maintenance Tasks such as painting and salting of the Car Parks in the Winter Months.
Driving Licence is preferred for this position.
The Position is for an average of 42.60 hours per Week over a 5 Week rolling rota.
We are looking for a flexible individual who is able to work additional hours when required sometimes at short notice.

Annual Salary: £25,474.80
