Role Overview & Responsibilities
Want to be a part of depop's top selling account? We are looking to expand our team and hire an operations manager to help run our fashion brand!
Remass sells ethically sourced second hand vintage late 90s and 2000s fashion & clothing as well as our own designs. We save clothes from ending up in landfill and sell them on to give them a new home. We rank number one worldwide on sales on the depop application and have over 150k followers on all social media platforms.
Job role consists of:
- Packaging and posting parcels
- Organising Stock
- Putting stock away daily
- Answering customer service enquiries including answering emails and depop messages
- Listing stock on our depop
- Keeping track of sold inventory
- Sales analysis
Applicant should be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and have an aptitude for mathematics and learning new technologies. Must be able to calmly handle stressful situations and find solutions to time-sensitive problems. We are looking for someone who is numbers driven and always looking for ways to improve themselves and the processes around them. Please include your instagram, tiktok and depop handles with your application where applicable.
The job is a full time role that will take place 5 days a week, 9-5pm from our studio in Edgware, North London. Please make sure that you are able to commute before applying.
The job is a salaried position at 20,148 per annum.
