The first Revolution bar opened in Manchester in 1996. Now, 20 years later, we have over 60 bars across the UK, specialising in premium vodka, food, cocktails and partying. We aim to be the best loved bars. And that’s down to you, loving what you do and creating an atmosphere that delivers an amazing customer experience every time. We believe that to be the best, you need to deliver an amazing customer experience, every time. To do that, we offer world class training, celebrate initiative, reward achievements, motivate action, and have a load of fun along the way. Many of our people start out as part of the bar team and love Revolution bars so much, they work their way through to managerial level. That’s because we know talent when we see it, and we work hard to develop it. The opportunity’s there, it’s up to you what you do with it - 70% of managers started their Revolution career behind the bar.
