Job description

• Knowledge of Xero software
• Able Perform a bank reconciliations
• Data entry of sale and purchase invoices with accounting nominal code knowledge.
• Running of monthly payroll and pension scheme.
• Understanding of accrual and prepayment journals.
• Understanding of Goods in Transit
• Processing of fixed assets and depreciation.
• Understanding and Processing of customer and supplier deposits .
• Be able to perform a VAT reconciliation.
• Knowledge of how to deal with potential bad debts.
• Knowledge of trial balance and balance sheet.
• Able to perform quarterly management accounts.
• Processing of monthly expenses
• Understanding of royalty payments and agreements, and able to perform royalty control account reconciliations.
• Person must be meticulous with data, both with processing and tracking of dates. Liaising with operations colleagues to track dates of stock, purchases and sales.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

Salary: £20,271.00-£34,861.00 per year
