Park Warden

RoyaleResorts are a rapidly growing company providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.

We are looking for Warden to be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds on our site Lakeside Holiday Park in Burnham-on-Sea.

Duties & Responsibilities:-

• To manage the check-in/check-out process
• Provision of a warm and welcoming introduction to customers upon arrival, escorting them to their pitch and providing them with all the relevant information for their stay
• Manage and finalise touring bookings including creating bookings, dealing with enquiries, taking payments and managing the arrival and departure processes
• Ensure all cash is managed securely and properly accounted for
• Answer the phone and respond to client enquiries
• Responsible for the opening and closing of reception in accordance with reception opening hours and roster
• To ensure all on site waste bins are emptied on a regular basis
• Complete general grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, strimming and edging
• Maintain park hedges, trees, flower borders, walkways, fencing and paths as required
• Clearing of drains, down pipes and guttering
• Maintaining pitches/footpaths/roadways free from litter, leaves, ice/snow and falling debris
• Perform cleaning duties of the ablution block
• Promptly and professionally respond to security and other emergencies ensuring that where applicable
• Ensure the park is compliant with the Site License
• Ensure the park complies with Health and Safety
• Follow regular auditing of equipment and outdoor spaces

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £21,674 per year
