Junior Client Insight Analyst

WRc Group, part of RSK group is looking to appoint a Junior Client Insight Analyst on a full or part time basis. This role will be located out of their Swindon office with hybrid working arrangements available.

Requirements:

• Computer literacy, working knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing tools.
• An ability to work to deadlines, quickly and accurately.
• Good attention to detail
• General administration skills.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• GCSEs in Maths, English, Computer Science or a related subject that teaches computing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately transfer information provided by staff across the business into WRc’s client relationship management (CRM) system in the appropriate location (data entry).
• Update information that exists within the CRM
• Catalogue data with appropriate tags for ease of reference and reporting.
• Run reports using the CRM and provide information to the business.
• Support data entry for other systems including project management information in Focal Point using data from the CRM as required and availability of time allows.
• Provide assistance with corporate reporting and provision of business information to the management team.
