Role Overview & Responsibilities
CAN Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager, with CAN Structures - a growing, energetic and friendly company. The role is permanent and full time (office based with site visits). The role is based at our Chesterfield office, working alongside the existing team and reporting to the Operations Director.
This role would suit a project manager with a degree in construction or civil engineering.
Responsibilities:
The role will involve managing specialist rope access construction and maintenance project with duties including:
- Managing projects
- Managing teams of site personnel (good people skills required)
- Liaising with clients.
- Procurement and management of materials and equipment selection
- Project financial reporting
- Managing quality & HSQE
Experience and skills required:
- Project Management experience in construction or civil engineering preferred (although graduates will be considered)
- Degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinking.
- A professional approach.
- Driving licence.
