Scrum Master

At Saint-Gobain Digital, we are looking for Scrum Master to work with us on a hybrid basis out of any one of our main UK hubs, which are in East Leake, Elland, Binley orTadley.

This Scrum Master will be a part of our enthusiastic Delivery team who are a major part of our ongoing digital transformation and are proud to work for our us. This exciting role will see you being responsible for the development of all consumer-facing (B2B, B2C & B2B2C) Digital assets, including websites, eCommerce, mobile apps, IoT & specialist applications) to support new revenue generation through diversification, increased sales or efficiency savings.

What you will do:

• Contribute to and then implement an ambitious technical and digital delivery roadmap
• Lead Scrum ceremonies
• Work with and manage change
• Liaise and influence stakeholders/colleagues/customers
• Release software into production environments
• Supplier management
• Budget management – ensure the most effective use of resources and that all finances are properly managed

What we’re looking for:

• Significant experience of delivering enterprise-grade digital solutions in a national or international multi-site business
• Experience of delivering digital development projects as a scrum master, project manager, or a work-stream lead through the entire delivery lifecycle
• Extensive experience and understanding of agile methodologies
• Has worked with 3rd party vendors globally
• Passion for delivering value by delivering solutions into the hands of our customers ASAP
• Good stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence others while remaining empathetic
