Role Overview & Responsibilities
Branch Operations Manager - Insurance reinstatement
You will be contracts managing a full range of reinstatement works in valuation ranging between 5k to £50k following fire, flood, escape of water or subsidence damage within domestic premises.
You must have experience in dealing with residential property claims, ideally up to £100k.
Job role and responsibilities
Help develop the team and identify and implement training needs
Ensure Client SLA’S are met and their standards are exceeded
Monitor and assist with ensuring a smooth and fast claim life journey
Ensure monthly targets are met along with customer satisfaction
Manage and review fleet and fuel usage
Managing reinstatement works from £5k-£50k
Surveying properties to diagnose defects / assess the damage & completing a report
Aiding pricing and estimating for tendered works
Attend prestart meetings, organise and manage trades & sub-contractors
Managing the project, ensuring timely completion and within margin
Ensuring Health & Safety checks & paperwork is complete
Aiding with interim payments, submit valuations and final accounts
A proven track record of surveying and assessing repairs on private domestic properties.
Experience in dealing with complex, high value insurance damage (fire, flood, escape of water, storm, subsidence etc.)
An excellent knowledge of trades and relevant costs within this industry and be able to understand/interpret and produce an accurate schedule of works
Experience of tendered works
Confidence in using various IT packages (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) - training for the specific in-house systems will be provided.
Experience in managing a trades team on-site and multiple projects.

Salary: £45,000.00 per year
