Role Overview
You will be involved in the support, coordination and administration of project and client delivery within this unique and specialist industry. Working with a regional team, including client contacts, your role will be varied including land referencing and review of Title Deeds, production of Land Consents documentation and compiling key project and client information.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting Land Referencing and mapping.
- Production of key documentation and reports.
- Review and assessment of Land Consents and legal documentation.
- Liaison with client, grantor, agents and statutory bodies via phone, email and letter.
Key Skills
- Efficient and effective communicator.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with the ability to learn new systems.
- Enthusiasm and ability to provide the highest levels of service to clients and project stakeholders.
Team Overview
The Infrastructure Projects team is a single department covering the whole of the UK. It consists of over 60 staff located throughout the country at entry level to those with over 30 years’ experience.
We specialise in Infrastructure and Utilities clients and projects and are passionate about the high levels of service and collaborative working with our clients.
