Dessert Maker

Scoopz has been around for 12 years and it has become a firm favourite dessert stop in Edinburgh. This application for the West granton road store, we are looking for either 1 flexible staff member or 2 part time staff members with at least 4 days availability per week. We are open 7 days a week with shifts starting from 11am till 11pm.

The role will include serving customers, producing desserts stock replenishment and cleaning. Staff are expected to work independently and training will be provided. You must be able to work in a fast pace environment as we are now offering deliveries on various platforms.

Key skills/requirements for any applicant:

1. Able to work at least 10+ hours per week including weekends

2. Approachable and be able to build a rapport with customers.

3. Demonstrate a positive and can-do attitude during their time in store.

4. Experience in desserts or takeaways would be a bonus.

5. We may offer a supervisor role in the near future depending on the performance of the candidate, we will offer a higher hourly pay rate for this role.
