Role Overview & Responsibilities
To meet the individual needs of those who use the services of Seabank House and contribute to the effectiveness of Seabank House in meeting the requirements of people with a mental health problem.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
1.To promote equality for all individuals.
2.To support and promote client’s independence in situations of dependency.
3.To support clients in developing self-sufficiency.
4.To support clients during specific treatment, therapeutic and development programmes.
5.To support the maintenance and development of client identity and relationships.
6.To contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of services which provide support and care.
7.To contribute to the maintenance of an environment for effective care.
This is a full time position and the employee would be required to work shifts including alternate weekends and sleepovers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,610.00-£25,635.00 per year
