Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Sales Director (Publishing/Sponsorship Sales Background)
Location: Farringdon, London
Salary: £90,000 base, £200,000+ OTE
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our team of 25 salespeople and report to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in publishing/sponsorship sales and have managed teams of 10-20 people in the past. Additionally, the candidate must be a great motivator and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 25 salespeople
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective sales operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in publishing/sponsorship sales
- Must have experience of managing a team of 10+ salespeople
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
