Programme Delivery Director
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our Hospitals Transformation Programme has been established to deliver exciting plans that are aiming to make a real difference to patients and families across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. With our Strategic Outline Case (SOC) now formally agreed by The Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England; this once in a generation investment in our local healthcare system will be utilised to implement the reconfiguration of acute services agreed as part of the Future Fit public consultation. This will see The Princess Royal Hospital in Telford specialise in planned care and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital specialise in emergency care.
As we progress through the Outline Business Case stage by the end of May, we are now seeking a Programme Delivery Director to work with Matthew Neal, our newly appointed Director of Hospitals Transformation to deliver on both the Full Business Case and then the critical implementation of this vital and complex programme. This is a unique opportunity to transform local health and care services and make your mark in a role with national profile.
