Role Overview & Responsibilities
Skills Provision requires suitably trained, Quantity Surveyors, for roles in Northern Ireland.
The employer has grown to become a market leader in the building services and construction industry.
For this role, the company will consider applicants from outside the United Kingdom (Visa Sponsorship).

The Role
- Secure financial delivery on selected projects
- Control costs, provide monthly evaluations
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients, contractors, colleagues and site staff
- Produce and maintain accurate reports and project documentation
- Improve working processes and controls to improve efficiency and performance
- Report directly to the Commercial Manager
- Additional duties as directed or required
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Qualified or working toward RICS, CIOB, ICES or similar
Experience and Knowledge:
- 3+ years of relevant experience (Building construction preferred)
- Competent IT operator
- Knowledge and experience with JCT form of contract or equivalent
