Physical Health Specialist
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Southampton Early Intervention in Psychosis Service (EIP) is currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join the multi-disciplinary team in delivering individual monitoring and group work for interventions in physical health to people aged between 14 to 65 year olds who are presenting with first episode psychosis.
The PHS will be responsible for completing physical health assessments, creating person specific interventions and monitoring of accepted service users on the caseload.
The PHS will be part of the multi-disciplinary care team and will work collaboratively with the team in line with identified care plans and Trust standards.
Experience of working in an EIP service and experience in physical health monitoring will be an advantage.
Car driver and use of car within work hours is essential.
