SELF EMPLOYED SUB-CONTRACTOR Multi Drop Delivery Driver

Welcome Pack SRC Couriers.

• Working days Monday- Friday
• Based at DHL Runcorn- Unit 1 Blackheath Ln, Runcorn WA7 1SE.
• Delivery driver Job, delivering parcels on the road.
• 6.30-7.30Am Start (There are different waves, and this will be confirmed)
• Finish time varies depending on the number of deliveries you have.
• You will be allocated a route so the more familiar you become with the route the quicker the work day can become.
• Wages are £100 a day for up to 100 stops. If you deliver over 100 completed stops, you are paid £1 a stop afterwards.
• You will receive full DHL training and once trained must follow the full DHL delivering process.
• Van, insurance and fuel are provided. All maintenance i.e. tyres, AdBlue, screen wash, brakes, brake pads are all provided.
• Vans are use for work purposes only and should not be used for personal use. All van mileage is to be submitted after every shift.
• All tunnel and bridge fees if used are paid for.
• General cleanliness and upkeep of the van must be always adhered to.
• Any damage of the van when in your possession is charged to yourself, there will be payment plans created to pay any damage back.
• Any fines or penalty points will go against your own license and will be charged to yourself.
• A basic DBS check must be passed and completed as part of DHL’s policy. This is paid for by SRC Couriers.
• You are a self-employed sub-contractor. Work is guaranteed everyday Monday-Friday.
• All tax and national insurance are paid and submitted by yourself.
• We require 2 weeks’ notice for any days off to allow us to cover the route.
• Under DHL policy no days off will be accepted from the 10thNovember to the 31stDecember due to peak and an increase in volume of deliveries.
