Transport Assistant

As the Stamford Endowed Schools become fully co-educational, we now require a Transport Assistant to support in transporting both students and staff across our sites, as well as moving vehicles to their specific sites.

Duties of this position will include the transportation of staff and students, supporting the vehicle support team, undertaking vehicle moves, as well as preparing vehicles for trips.

It is essential to have a UK Driving License Class B to include D1 (Full D1 is desirable). The ideal candidate is also required to have an understanding of basic vehicle maintenance, and health and safety regulations. Furthermore, geographic knowledge of the East Midlands, especially around Stamford, would benefit an application.
