Role Overview & Responsibilities
Looking for law students wanting to gain work experience with a qualified corporate solicitor.
You will practice your drafting skills and learn how to draft board minutes, share indemnity certificates, stock transfer forms and share certificates. Attention to detail is key.
You will learn about electronic data rooms and the due diligence process. You will learn how to consider the evidence and decide whether there are any red flags.
You will also learn about the completion process and ensure signatures are Mercury compliant.
There may also be an opportunity for those who are wanting a placement as part of your degree.
