Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are hiring for Principal Clinical Psychologists across the UK!!
>Part-Time and Full-Time hours available (15-37.5 hours)
>Multiple Locations across Bristol, Birmingham and the surrounding areas, Kendal, London, Stoke, Bournemouth and Lincoln (Flexible working)
>Paying up to £65,000 (DoE).
Responsibilities
>Work closely with members of the hospital SMT- including the Hospital Director, Director of Clinical Services and Medical Director to implement an innovative and evidence-based psychology pathway across the hospital, and ensure the implementation of a high quality psychology department.
>Carrying a diverse caseload including assessing service users with varied and complex mental health diagnosis, personality disorders, autism and associated challenges.
>Designing and delivering specialist brief psychological treatment, interventions and assessments with patients, which will provide stabalisation and help patients achieve a successful discharge.
>Line manage the assistant psychologists and other junior members of the team including providing supervision.
Qualifications and Requirements
>HCPC Registered Psychologist
>Eligibility to work in the UK
>Experience working with acute mental health needs
>Prior experience working in a person-centered methodology
