Kitchen Assistant - Live In Available

The Charlecote Pheasant has an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant with a passion for food.

The beautiful country hotel has 70 bedrooms, a busy local food and beverage operation and is an established wedding venue with substantial gardens.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Kitchen team as a kitchen assistant with the view to progress to a successful Chef de Partie in the future. We are committed to producing good quality dishes using the freshest ingredients sourced locally for our restaurant.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a kitchen works and progress in the industry. You will be provided with a comprehensive training plan and will work along the Head Chef in preparing and serving food and training to be a chef de partie.
