We are looking for a Host/Hostess to join our Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and the work they do, have a positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to deliver the very best levels of customer service.

Restaurant Host Requirements:

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• To proactively communicate with colleagues and line managers incorporating customer feedback
• Manage telephone calls and reservation enquiries and respond in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
• Comply with all statutory and legal requirements, working in accordance with these regulations
• Monitor restaurant activity and allocate seating
