Bar and Waiting Staff
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are a concert and events venue on a boat, permanently moored on the river clyde.
We’d require you to work anything from 1-3 events a week, with potential extra hours on top if you would like.
Primarily weekend evening shifts, mostly Friday Saturday but can potentially be any day of the week as things differ week by week. Start time is usually 6pm. Normal nights you’ll finish by 1am-ish but a couple of times a year we have a late finish of 3-4am so we would need you to commit to that. Earlier finishes and later starts available depending on the weekly rota. No split shifts or crazy long hours in a day, generally your shifts would be between 6 and 9 hours long.
Weekly pay, free staff meals on shift, regular staff incentives and bonuses. Real Living Wage accredited employer. Plenty of scope for promotion for the right candidate.
