Main responsibilities:

· serving customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond and creating strong relationships with our customers
· assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are taken correctly and delivered with a smile
· set up of the coffee station with all you need for a successful shift
· taking customer orders and payments using the Genuine Tills
· clean, tidy and clear seating areas throughout the day, taking care of our working environment
· clean and maintain a tidy coffee station, equipment and coffee machines
· be available to lend a hand to your fellow Genuine Foodie - team work is very important

The Genuine Dining Company are on the look-out for new baristas!

Enjoy making beautiful coffee with freshly roasted beans from our friends at Mozzo Coffee, serving our great customers in a modern and exciting environment. You won't stand still or have a dull moment during your day, with coffee to make, customers to serve and delicious food offers to present to our customers. This role is very hands-on, lots of muli-tasking but most importantly - making the perfect coffee that won't disappoint!

We will coach and train you to know the Genuine way, if you have a Barista experience - that's great! If you don't have experience but have the right attitude, we will happily train you!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, SW1V 1PX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
