Job Description
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality grounds/gardening, and internal cleaning service to several of our schemes in Kensington & Chelsea and its surrounding areas.
Some of the key duties involved are:
- Lawn mowing/lawn care
- Border management
- Hedge cutting
- Litter picking
- Bin store management
- Internal cleaning of our communal blocks
The successful applicant will join us on a full-time, permanent contract, working 35 hours per week. The salary is £27,023 per annum which includes a £4,000 Local Job Supplement.
We are looking for someone who has good customer service skills as you will be interacting with our customers and colleagues, and you would be working both within a team and on your own.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
- No weekend working
Desirable but not essential
- An understanding of how to use mobile working devices e.g. tablets
- Previous experience of cleaning or grounds maintenance work
- An understanding of how to use gardening machinery (strimmers, hedge cutters, lawn mowers)
- Knowledge and experience of the safe and regulatory use of horticultural fungicides and pesticides.
