Surgical Clinic Coordinator

The Healthcare Collection is recruiting on behalf of a well-established elective healthcare provider in London.

This exciting role is the surgical patient champion who acts as the glue between the surgical sales team and clinic team to deliver business performance through service excellence;

1. Overseeing the coordination of all patient journeys during clinic appointments.

2. Ensuring that patients are well informed and are empowered to make a confident decision to proceed with surgery during clinic appointments.

3. Continuously improving the patient flow to deliver a personalised in-clinic patient experience.

4. Providing feedback and coaching to surgical sales advisors to ensure they positively contribute to delivering the businesses approved patient's journey.

5. Provide surgeons with feedback to improve the quality of consultations. Achieved through observations whilst chaperoning consultations.

Your empathy, knowledge, professionalism, and ability to build a rapport before, during and after patient consultations will deliver business performance improvement.

You will be vital in supporting the sales team with their conversion performance, as well as generating data that’s key to your team’s success.

The right candidate will be:

· Organised and proactive, with a clear understanding of the volume and distribution of daily consultations.

· Experienced in working to high-standards and meeting client expectations. A 5-star experience at every touchpoint.

· An excellent communicator.

· Able to get up to speed on detail quickly. Using their experience about great clinic process to read and anticipate key patterns and opportunities.

· Empathetic, reassuring, and knowledgeable, understanding how vital building an empathetic rapport with patients is at this critical preliminary stage

Based in our clients’ central London office, you’ll enjoy:

• £60,000 OTE (c.£40,000 basic salary with an uncapped commission structure)
• A minimum of 28 days holiday per year, including public holidays
