Tenancy Officer - Part Time

Lewisham - covering Greenwich, Harrow, Brent and Islington

Up to £37,080 pro rata plus paid business mileage

21 Hours per week Monday to Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We are looking to recruit a Tenancy Officer.

Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.

As a Tenancy Officer you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a personal point of contact for all queries.

Responsibilities

• Responding and managing to tenancy breaches.
• Lead on managing reported cases of hoarding and safeguarding.
• Ensure thorough understanding of the rights and obligations of all types of tenancies.
• Ensure that are properties Support Hyde maximising the use of its assets by leading tenancy fraud initiatives.
• Co-ordinating with Local Authorities to highlight high risk properties.
• Working with the Tenancy Advisor team, to enforce the terms and conditions of tenancy.
• Initiate legal proceedings and attend court hearings for tenancy fraud cases.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working in tenancy management
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain a rapport with tenants and colleagues
• Must be comfortable working under pressure to tight deadlines
• Driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
• DBS Check Required
