Children's Support Worker
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Lily Staffing Solutions meets the demand for skilled, well trained staff to work with in Children and young people’s services.
We are looking for individuals with experience in working with Children and Young people and/or their families/carer's for example:-In Social work, Foster caring, youth work, Drug & Alcohol work, support work, advocacy, SEN, YOT, TA, Mental health, counselling, children with disabilities, residential childcare etc.
If you have transferable skills we would also love to talk to you - We are looking for people who have a real passion to support children & young people towards a positive future.
We provide staff for local authorities and other providers as well as recruiting bank staff for the Lily Services.

- Residential Childcare
- Floating Support work with Young People
- Support work within supported housing
- Facilitating contact between children, young people and families/carer's
- Working with Foster carers to support and stabilize placements
- Respite for families with disabled children or young people
- Specific support/activities for children and young people in foster care
- 1-2-1 tailored support
- Family support
- Long term interventions
We offer ongoing training for both your career and personal development- depending on your availability we can keep you pretty busy with as many hours as you want to work. If you just want extra hours to fill in with other commitments we can do that too!
Hourly rate is dependent on your qualifications, experience and the work you would undertake for us.
