Café Assistant (Fridays & Weekends)

Calling all coffee lovers and snack enthusiasts! We're a bustling café located in the stunning riverside park in Staines-upon-Thames, and we need a part-time Café Superstar to join our fun-loving team every Friday during term time. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then keep reading!

Responsibilities:

Put a smile on customers' faces as you welcome them to our café

Whip up delicious drinks, scrumptious sandwiches, and mouth-watering snacks with lightning speed.

Keep our café sparkling clean, from tables to floors and everything in between.

Keep our supplies stocked up and ready for action.

Handle our super cool cashless payment system like a pro.

Make sure that every morsel that leaves our kitchen is safe and up to our high standards.

Be a hero and swoop in to handle any customer issues with grace and professionalism.

Help out with whatever tasks come your way, because we're all about teamwork.

Requirements:

While previous café experience is a plus, we're really looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and is excited to learn new things.

A bubbly and outgoing personality that makes customers feel right at home.

Stellar communication skills, because we're all about great teamwork and clear communication.

The ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

Flexibility to work additional days during school holidays, because that's when the real fun happens!

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures, because we're serious about keeping our café clean and safe.
