Bar Team Member (Immediate Start)

The Two Bridges is a fun and exciting Central London workplace which prides itself on putting its staff first and offering the best customer service around. Our team enjoys serving high quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere where our customers and staff are treated with mutual respect and humanity.

We believe that hospitality is not just a job, but an important step in anyone’s career whether in the industry or not. We opened just before the first lockdown so we’re looking for staff members eager to get in on the ground floor of this burgeoning new business.

You must be at least 18 years old to work in a Licensed Premises.

What We Expect from You

All team members are expected to be flexible in their approach when at work, assisting in both food and drink service as required.

Specific duties for this role include:

· To be Confident, courteous, and respectful in dealing with the public and other team members.

· To be ready to work weekends, holidays, and other unsociable hours

· To be eager to work as part of a team

· To have great communication skills and attention to detail

·To be hard-working and enthusiastic

·To be flexible in the approach to the business needs (tasks, hours and responsibilities)

·To have high standards of personal presentation

·To have the required amount of experience in hospitality, particularly bar work

·To be ready to work a minimum 20 hours per week

·To be eligible to work in the UK and have all necessary documents to prove that.
