THE WAITING ROOM – ‘A great spot to enjoy excellent coffee, treats to eat in or take away, and a place to unwind with quality wines, beers & spirits in the evening’.

Originally built in 1922 The Waiting Room re-opens again in 2022, one hundred years after it was built. We shall serve the highest quality coffee, the best beers and ciders, excellent wines and spirits in the most unique of setting which enjoys 360-degree sunlight.

We offer a premium environment for our customers to create and share memories or simply watch the world go by in opulent surroundings. We will have a selection of freshly prepared light bites available all day to take away and also to compliment the drinks services.

We are looking to add to our team of nice people who are all full of energy and enthusiasm. Experience in customer service is preferred.

The team is growing and we are looking for some others to join the superb team.

About you (we require):

· 2 Years+ of Barista Experience

· Live local or have your own car to get to work

· Friendly & Polite manner

· Presentable and able to follow uniform brand standards

· Excellent time keeping & attendance

· Personal presentation & hygiene standards

· Flexibility with work/life balance

About you (we hope for):

· Bar experience (with cocktails preferred but we can train you)

· Food Prep & Hygiene Awareness

· Worked in F&B before
