A bit about us…

White Rabbit Pizza specialises in making and producing gluten free and mainly Vegan pizzas from scratch. We currently supply them to a wide range of companies and supermarkets including Asda, Coop, Sainsbury’s and many more.

What you will be doing…

As a Food Production Operative, you will learn to make and produce our pizzas from start to finish at our bakery production site in Chalgrove. We will train you to make the dough and pizza sauce, as well preparing the toppings, top the pizzas and pack the pizzas.

• Full and Part Time Positions with 8 hour shifts per day available.
• Starting from £11.50 per hour for over 25s, which will be reviewed after training and probation period is complete.
• Opportunities to move up then pay scale with promotions and length of service.
• Regular pay reviews.
• Holiday accrued per hour- average 28 days per year for full time.

We’re rapidly expanding, so if you’re interested, ambitious and prepared to learn there’s opportunity to progress through the training levels to Team leader and Production Supervisor, and even Managers.

A Food Production Operative will need…

• A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn new things – experience along food production lines is a plus but we provide all training, no it is not essential!
• A positive, can-do attitude – training is provided at your own pace.
• Be hard-working and punctual to ensure we meet production needs.
• Basic level or higher in conversational English – we do have fluent Italian and Portuguese managers for people still learning English who speak these languages.

Food Production Operative Shift times...

• We are open Monday – Saturday
• 8 hour shifts
• Am Shift (7.30am - 3.30pm)
• PM shift (3pm – 11pm)
• Full and part time positions available

We can be flexible with the amount and days per week you would like, but you will be required to do a mixture of Am and PM shift patterns to ensure you enough work.
