QC Assistant (Goods In)

THG LABS offers a unique end-to-end service specialising in the development and supply of premium beauty and cosmetic products to highly respected brands and retailers on a global scale. We now have over 500 talented individuals working across our sites in Trowbridge, Frome and Radstock, including a state-of-the-art laboratory and 98,000 square foot ever-developing manufacturing site.

We are now searching for a positive and pro-active QC Assistants to join our fast-paced goods in Quality team at our Radstock site on a full-time basis

Working hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm (Shift Rotation)

Salary: from £24,533.60 (Currently subject to a review in April 2023)

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of the Health & Safety regulations and Heavy Lifting advise.
• Liaise with commercial teams to ensure current product specifications and standards are available.
• Perform inspection of incoming goods against agreed standards and specifications.
• Book deliveries onto the MRP system - highlighting any issues to the relevant teams.
• Raise and progress non-conformances to ensure issues are resolved.
• Perform periodic stock checks as required to ensure stock accuracy.

Experience working in a similar role would be ideal but most importantly we are looking for:
