The Role

• Ensure all clients receive a warm, authentic TONI&GUY welcome.
• Ensure the client receives a relaxing, but professional shampoo experience.
• Ensure unattended clients are taken care of and have refreshments if requested.
• Attend London or Manchester Academy 1 day per week for training.
• Maintain the presentation of the salon at all times.
• No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided across all apprenticeship programmes.
• Entry Level – 24-month fixed term contract
• 40 hours a week (over five days) Monday to Sunday.
