Cleaning Contract Manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Town and Country Cleaners Ltd require a Cleaning Contract Manager to manage a key Educational contract in the Chelmsford area.
You must be customer focused, organised and passionate about delivering high levels of service as well as being a good communicator and motivator.
30 Hours per week + potential overtime.
Hourly rate: £15 per hour with a mileage allowance of 35p per business mile for reimbursement for fuel and use of private vehicle or a company van maybe provided if preferred.
Experience working in the cleaning sector is essential with previous supervisory or management roles preferred.
The successful applicant will be supporting local supervisors, managing the day-to-day cleaning across multiple sites, ensuring that quality standards are maintained and contractual requirements are met.
In this role you will recruit, manage and train staff, carry out quality and health and safety audits and complete compliance checks with regard to all aspects of the service. You will be responsible for achieving agreed KPI’s and reporting and meeting with the Customer on a regular basis.
This position requires flexibility, with normal working hours being between 3pm – 8pm with some daytime/am work on occasion/as needed.
As you will be working in schools, an Enhanced DBS will be required for this position which the company will apply and pay for on your behalf.
