Job Description

Shift: Flexible Hours but focused on the NY or EU trading day
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Employment Type: Contract with vacation and sick days.
Location: Remote in your home office. to be considered, applicants must have quiet work space with a door that closes, with a wired internet connection.

We’re looking for an energetic, focus and driven sales assistant for a busy sales team. Candidate will call and offer the service trial subscription to co supplied “cold” and "warm" leads and take them through a quick on screen demo. We have a very specific approach in which you will call on leads whom will be happy to hear from you. This position also includes responding to the trials you engage and performing a hand-off to a senior salesperson for conversion and close of which you will receive a bonus if closed.

In addition to assisting the sales team, candidates have the ability to work closely with the development team and help test new platform releases as well as identify new feature requests by listening to our member community.

Required experience

• Sales or Telemarketing/call center experience;
• A degree or work experience in finance, specifically markets trading;
• A positive and energetic personality;
• An ability to focus and stay on point;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and phone manner;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Fluency in more than one language is an added bonus;
• This is a "stepping stone" position with opportunities to branch out into other responsibilities and roles. You will learn a lot - but you must like talking on the phone and be quick at adapting to new technologies.
