Health Care Assistant

Full time health care assistant needed for nursing home in Llandudno. Hours 36 per week. No experience necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidate. Must be able to demonstrate a caring and considerate nature with some understanding of the needs of older people.

Treflys has been a family run care home since 1986 and is registered to provide nursing and residential care for up to 29 adults with varying degrees of dependency.

With an emphasis on building strong and trusting relationships with our staff, residents and their families, we are now looking to recruit new team members who are able to demonstrate compassion and understanding towards those in our care and to assist us in developing a strong team with a person-centred approach to caring.

Previous experience not essential as full training will be offered to suitable applicants.

We are looking to recruit carers to work on the day shifts including alternate weekends. The hours of work are 8pm to 8am.
