
Talent Acquistion Specialist -EMEA
Role Overview & Responsibilities
• Establishing dependable relationships with HR Business Partners and EMEA Business Stakeholders; recognizing and addressing recruiting needs, recruitment-related capabilities and knowledge requirements, and knowledge gaps • Manage the entire recruitment process using the ATS platform, including position administration, candidate interview and evaluation arrangements, salary offers, and metrics reports. • Consult, advise, and coach hiring managers while also enhancing their hiring skills, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements as well as Trip. Com's talent acquisition policies and procedures. • Talent Advisor to the business on talent demographics, market and competitor intelligence
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years working experience in recruitment ideally from OTA/Internet/high technology industry. • Excellent interview, stakeholder management skill • Solid experience working in global and matrixed team through ambiguous and complex projects with successful and impact-driven outcomes. • High adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate through a fast-paced and growing environment.
