Job Title: Supplier Relationship Manager (Non-IT)

Function: Procurement

Salary: £42800 - £52000 + £4K car allowance & generous benefits package

Location: Bristol, Edinburgh, Gloucester

We are looking for talented people who would like to join our Procurement team and take an exciting next step in their career. This is an amazing opportunity where you will be working in a team managing supplier contracts, commercial negotiations and ensuring the Bank meets its regulatory requirements, whilst being continually mindful of the need to drive costs down for the Bank and get the most value for money out of our supplier relationships.

You'll be based in one of the following, Bristol, Gloucester or Edinburgh, however, will work flexibly between home and our office. If working remotely is new to you, don’t worry, we’ll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work without distraction and a consistent internet connection (download speed – 10 mbps; upload speed – 3mbps)

What we need today

To make sure you’re set up for success you’ll already have these skills and experience:

Experience in similar Supplier Management or Procurement role,

Experience working with marketing/consultancy suppliers preferred but not required

Negotiation skills, demonstrates the ability to successfully manage the contract lifecycle and improving the value of the contract

Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Analytical, with ability to solve problems autonomously

Energetic, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to effectively operate in dynamic, fast paced environments

Understanding of the regulatory landscape that we operate in preferred but not essential
