Administrative Assistant
Role Overview & Responsibilities
To provide administration support across all the teams within the Guernsey office.
Duties
- Assist within the compliance area.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board packs.
- Assisting in the drafting of Minutes.
- Arranging meeting rooms, hotels, flights, taxis etc.
- Posting and reconciliation of daily banking.
- Assisting in the setup of banking payments in preparation for authorisation.
- Collection and recording of data in relation to compliance monitoring programmes.
- Ensuring all correspondence is stored electronically.
- Providing cover for other staff for holidays, sickness as required.
Candidate Requirements
- GCSE level.
- Good IT skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and manage own time and deadlines.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable and diligent.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to deal with a variety of matters and projects as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
