Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator to join our busy Undergraduate team within the Medical Education department at the Royal Derby Hospital supporting the delivery of the University of Nottingham medical student examinations.
The role is vital in ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective administrative support service, ensuring the examinations are organised and delivered to stringent timescales and organising and planning teaching in line with the curriculum objectives for medical students on placement at Royal Derby Hospital.
The post will involve working directly with Teaching Leads, Clinical Educators, University staff and simulated patients.
Flexibility is required to attend specific meetings and to adjust working hours during the delivery of the examinations, including working longer days and occasional weekends.
Please note that there are physical aspects to this role including the setting up and re-setting of rooms before, after and during the running of the exams, including the movement of equipment such as beds, couches, screens and chairs.
