Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Collating admissions decisions, entering rejections, processing re-evaluations, replying to prospective applicant emails, sending interview invitations to shortlisted candidates, sending waitlist letters (if necessary)
- Circulating Hilary Term module feedback to students
- Arranging field visits, especially coach bookings (if necessary)
- Answering basic emails (with provided templates)
- Inputting information into Visa Monitoring Spreadsheet
- Sending out student work to academic for assessment (with template emails, etc)
Please be aware that all candidates need to be able to start work immediately and must be able to work on site if required to do so.
