Role Overview & Responsibilities

There are two part-time posts available that are permanent, working 18 hours per week. One position is based in Central London and the other is based at Harrow.

You will be required to work over four days between Monday and Friday, with shift times being between 10:00 and 14:30. The posts are positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for the majority of the University's student services.

The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling?skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams.
